Software Support Specialist

Michigan-based Software Company specializing in EDI and Data Collection solutions has a position available with our eCommerce Division in Southfield.  This position requires a highly motivated individual to thoroughly learn and support our software applications.  Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Previous Software Support experience
  • EDI knowledge a plus
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills
  • Well-developed troubleshooting skills and ability to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task, team environment
