Radley Customer Portal
The Customer Portal will enable you to pull patches, update
documentation, and access the Radley Forums as well as RadTrack
(Radley’s call tracking system). All of these options are
now available to you from one central login.
The Customer Portal is accessed by clicking the “Customer
Portal” link on the home page of Radley’s
website. All you’ll need to get started using
the Customer Portal is a login and password. If you do not have
current login information, contact Radley
Customer Support.
Within the Customer Portal, you will have access to the following:
RadTrack – Radley’s call tracking
system. Accessing RadTrack will allow you to monitor the progress
of customer support calls and product development.
Forum – Radley Forums. Accessing the
Radley Forums will allow you to discuss common issues you encounter
when using Radley products.
Patch Delivery System – Radley’s
Patch Delivery System (PDS). Accessing PDS will allow you to
download product updates and documentation for iCARaS, iR*EDI,
and iSC. |
