Label License Plating - Container Management for SyteLine

IntelliLabel, one of SyteLine DC's newest features, allows discrete ‘license plating’ of container/pallet moving throughout all processes, receipt to shipping.  The creation of a ‘license plate’ container/pallet label error proofs the process and minimizes the number of scans needed.

With IntelliLabel an accurate and detailed status (part, lot, serial, quantity, etc.) of a container/pallet results from the scan of just one serial number.  Traceability is easily achieved because IntelliLabel creates a database of history and associates that history with an individual license plate.  The database of IntelliLabel history tracks a container/pallet from receipt through manufacturing to shipment, associating PO/ Job/ Work Order/ Shipper history.  IntelliLabel traceability allows for both the build up and breakdown of a container/pallet’s history and traces who did what, when with each ID.
