Radley's QAD MFG/PRO®
RF/Bar Code Data Collection

Keep Production Flowing Even When Off-Line
- Client Server Technology

Radley's Client Server Solution is a leading-edge technology, which will keep production flowing when other products are stopped. Radleys Portable Client software which resides on the end device is easier for employees to use than terminal emulation, and devices are simpler to configure. And with client/server architecture, disruption to the manufacturing process is limited or eliminated when there is an interrupt to MFG/PRO.

Should communications to MFG/PRO fail for any reason (scheduled backups, power outage, system upgrade), Q*ADC transactions are stored on the end-users device and uploaded when communications with MFG/PRO are restored. Validations of collected transactions are made within Q*ADC before being posted to MFG/PRO. Any invalid data will be captured in Radleys middleware and may be corrected and reprocessed at a convenient time.

Radleys client server architecture streamlines the prompts displayed on the end-device making input much easier and quicker. Less stress for users due to efficient user-friendly menus created just for a users functional area. Transactions made using Radleys portable client solution can be prompted and collected by users on a variety of end-user devices; barcode, PDAs, PLCs, touch screens, scales, RFID, and smartphones.
